Kavanaugh is a danger

Trump’s nomination of Brett Kavanaugh for Supreme Court Justice is disgraceful and frightening.

With this nomination, we not only see a conservative majority in the Supreme Court threatening civil rights, but also threats to the health of our planet and all of humanity.

Kavanaugh has repeatedly sided with polluters and has not acted in the interest of the public.

Because of his relatively young age, Kavanaugh could be a justice on the court for decades, which we cannot afford with our ever-worsening climate crisis.
