— At Honolulu, freshman Chevan Cordeiro threw a 38yard touchdown pass to Jojo Ward with 1:26 to play as the Rainbow Warriors (6-1, 3-0 MW) got past the Cowboys (2-4, 0-2). Cordeiro, making his first start in place of the injured Cole Mcdonald, was 19-of-29 passing for 148 yards and two touchdowns.

At San Jose, Calif., K.J. Carta-samuels threw four touchdown passes — two to Preston Williams and two to Warren Jackson — and the Rams (2-4, 1-1 MW) overcame a 30-point third quarter by the Spartans (0-5, 0-2). Izzy Matthews had 125 yards and a score for Colorado State.

At Stanford, Calif., Jaylon Johnson returned an intercepti­on 100 yards for a touchdown and Zack Moss ran for two scores to lead the Utes (3-2, 1-2 Pac-12) past the Cardinal (4-2, 2-1). Moss ran for 160 yards and the Utes intercepte­d K.J. Costello on back-to-back first-half drives to snap an 11-game home winning streak for the Cardinal.

At Tucson, Ariz., the Wildcats (3-3, 2-1 Pac-12) took advantage of four second-half turnovers by Cal quarterbac­k Brandon Mcilwain, turning two of them into touchdowns, and beat the Golden Bears (3-2, 0-2). Scottie Young Jr. had two fourth-quarter picks, returning the second one 24 yards for an Arizona touchdown.
