Nets wrap up 5-0 West trip

Brooklyn topples Clippers for sixth straight triumph

LOS ANGELES — James Harden scored 37 points, and the Brooklyn Nets held off a furious fourth-quarter rally to edge the Los Angeles Clippers 112-108 on Sunday for their season-best sixth victory in a row.

The Nets wrapped up a 5-0 trip, beating Golden State, Sacramento, Phoenix and both Los Angeles teams to cap their longest undefeated trip in franchise history. All but two of the wins were by double digits. They’ve defeated West teams eight straight times.

Harden had 11 rebounds and seven assists, and Kyrie Irving added 28 points and eight assists for the Nets.

Paul George led the Clippers with 34 points, and Kawhi Leonard had 29 points on 9-for-19 shooting. Ivica Zubac had 13 points, but no other Clippers scored in double figures. Lou Williams shot 2-for-11 and Marcus Morris 2-for-7.

Brooklyn dominated in the paint, outscoring Los Angeles 60-38.

Pelicans.

At Tampa, Fla., Pascal Siakam and Fred Vanvleet each had 23 points for Toronto, which overcame a 14-point first-half deficit to win its fourth straight and hand Philadelph­ia its fourth road loss in a row.

■ Hawks 123, Nuggets 115:

At Atlanta, Trae Young had 35 points and 15 assists for Atlanta, which had lost five of six. Jamal Murray scored 30 points for Denver in its sixth loss in its past seven road games.

■ Bucks 128, Kings 115: At Milwaukee, Giannis Antetokoun­mpo had 38 points and 18 rebounds for Milwaukee, which beat Sacramento for the ninth straight time and dealt the Kings

their seventh loss in a row.

■ Magic 105, Pistons 96: At Orland, Fla., Nikola Vucevic scored 15 of his 37 points in the fourth quarter and had 11 rebounds for Orlando, which made 26 of 29 free throws in its third straight win.

■ Knicks 103, Timberwolv­es 99: At New York, Julius Randle hit the go-ahead free throw with 32 seconds left and totaled 25 points and 14 rebounds for New York, which led by 21 late in the third quarter.

■ Thunder 117, Cavaliers 101: At Cleveland, Shai Gilgeous-alexander had 31 points and nine assists for Oklahoma City, which halted a three-game skid and dealt Cleveland its 10th loss in a row.
