Unlikely Ducks heroes derail Blues

ST. LOUIS — Defenseman Josh Manson scored his first goal of the season 1:42 into overtime, capping Anaheim’s rally from a two-goal deficit in the Ducks’ 3-2 win over the St. Louis Blues on Sunday.

Adam Henrique and Cam Fowler scored for Anaheim to back Anthony Stolarz, who stopped 37 shots in his first start of the season and first win since Feb. 12, 2019, with Philadelph­ia.

Stolarz also assisted on Manson’s goal as the Ducks won for the first time in 15 games this season when trailing after two periods.

Ryan O’reilly and Vladimir Tarasenko scored for the Blues to back Jordan Binnington, who had 21 saves. St. Louis fell to 0-5-2 in its past seven home games.

■ Predators 3, Blackhawks 2: At Chicago, Roman Josi scored the go-ahead goal with 6:33 left for Nashville, which won its fifth in a row. Alex Debrincat scored two goals 1:50 apart in the third period for Chicago to back former Golden Knight Malcolm Subban, who had 38 saves.

■ Devils 1, Bruins 0: At Boston, Mackenzie Blackwood stopped 40 shots in his sixth shutout and first this season as New Jersey improved to 4-0-1 against Boston this season, with each game decided by one goal. Kyle Palmieri scored at 16:37 of the first period.

■ Panthers 4, Stars 1: At Dallas, Jonathan Huberdeau scored twice in the first period before Florida lost two-time AllStar defenseman Aaron Ekblad to a serious leg injury in the second. Dallas had a 34-23 edge in shots, with Chris Driedger stopping 33.

■ Red Wings 4, Blue Jackets 1: At Detroit, Michael Rasmussen broke a 1-1 tie 2:51 into the third period with his first goal of the season as Detroit beat Columbus for the second time in two days.

■ Capitals 5, Rangers 4: At Washington, Tom Wilson scored twice for Washington, which led 4-0 early in the third period and won for the 10th time in 11 games.
