1946 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He attended Milwaukee Country Day School and Milwaukee University School with many of his cousins and close friends and was in the first class to graduate from University School of Milwaukee in 1965. He spent summers at Red Arrow Camp, the Hotchkiss School, and out west visiting relatives where he fell in love with the American West. He attended Purdue University where he majored in Industrial Engineering. Upon graduation, he accepted a job with American Hoist/harnischfeger in Bay City, Michigan. Soon after he reconnected with a friend from Purdue, Carole Joy Bruckner Scheiber, ultimately marrying her and starting a family with her and her son Brook. They then moved back to the Milwaukee area and Will took the helm of the family business, Peters Engineering Company. Shortly thereafter he enrolled at the University of Chicago to pursue his MBA. In the ensuing years they welcomed the birth of daughter Elizabeth (Liz) in 1977, Michael in 1980, and David in 1983. Will also became very involved in soccer during this time and contributed mightily to the growth of youth soccer in the state as a tireless soccer parent, team manager, referee, and state referee administrator. His efforts were later rewarded by his peers as he was inducted into the Wisconsin Soccer Hall of Fame in 2002. In 2001 he moved to Las Vegas, fell in love with his second wife Lori and married her on the back of his Harley-davidson motorcycle in the most Las Vegas wedding of all, a drive through wedding ceremony! He then went back to school to get additional certifications in computer networking and programming, eventually working for Datanamics and constantly traveling the country for work. Will officially retired in 2011 and spent his time traveling and spending time with family and friends. Will is preceded in death by his father Karl (1985), his mother Helen (2002), his sister Claudia (2005), his first wife Carole (2003), and his second wife Lori (2006).
