-

Justin Herbert threw for 356 yards and two TD and ran for a score, and Dustin Hopkins kicked a 29-yard field goal with two seconds left, leading the Los Angeles Chargers past host Philadelphia 27-24.

The Chargers (5-3) snapped a two-game skid. The Eagles (3-6) haven’t won a home game in four tries under rookie coach Nick Sirianni. The teams traded TDS on four straight second-half drives before the final series.

Los Angeles went ahead 16-10 on Herbert’s 8-yard TD pass to tight end Donald Parham Jr. The Eagles answered with Kenneth Gainwell running in from the 1 to go up 17-16. Jalen Hurts was 3 of 4 passing on that drive for 63 yards. He was 4 of 9 for 54 yards to that point.

Herbert then ran in from the 8 and connected with tight end Jared Cook on the 2-point conversion to make it 24-17. Hurts answered with a 28-yard TD pass to wide receiver Devonta Smith to tie at 24 with 6:07 left.

■ Ravens 34, Vikings 31, OT: At Baltimore, Justin Tucker kicked a 36yard field goal with 16 seconds left in overtime for Baltimore (6-2), which overcame a 14-point third-quarter deficit and linebacker Anthony Barr’s acrobatic OT interception. Lamar Jackson threw for 266 yards and three TDS and ran for 120 yards for the Ravens. Kene Nwangwu ran back the second-half kickoff 98 yards for a TD for Minnesota (3-5), which has lost five games by a total of 18 points.

■ Patriots 24, Panthers 6: At Charlotte, N.C., cornerback J.C. Jackson had two of the three interceptions off Sam Darnold, returning one 88 yards for a TD, for New England (5-4), which won for the fourth time in five games and moved to 4-0 on the road. Christian Mccaffrey had 102 yards of offense in his return to the lineup for Carolina (4-5), which trailed 14-6 at halftime after totaling 65 yards of offense.
