SUNDAY’S GAMES HIGHLIGHTS Boldy, two former Knights help Wild top Washington

Matt Boldy notched his second NHL hat trick to help host Minnesota beat Washington 5-3. The Wild, who had a 14game point streak (11-0-3) end Saturday with a loss to league-leading Boston, moved within one point of Dallas for the Central Division lead. Ryan Reaves also scored to back fellow former Golden Knight Marc-andre Fleury, who had 33 saves and moved to 7-0-0 in his past seven starts. Alex Ovechkin scored two powerplay goals for the Capitals.

■ Canucks 2, Ducks 1: At Anaheim, Calif., Elias Pettersson had a goal and an assist to extend his point streak to eight games, and Quinn Hughes had two assists to give him 60 this season as Vancouver won for the seventh time in eight games. Hughes is the first NHL defenseman with two straight 60-assist seasons since Ray Bourque and Paul Coffey in 1992-93 and ’93-94.

■ Bruins 7, Sabres 0: At Buffalo, N.Y., Jeremy Swayman had 26 saves in his ninth shutout, fourth this season and second in as many starts. David Pastrnak matched a career high with his team-best 48th goal, Patrice Bergeron scored 15 seconds in and had two assists, and Jake Debrusk had a goal and three assists. Buffalo lost for the seventh time in eight games.

■ Rangers 7, Predators 0: At New York, defenseman K’andre Miller had two goals and two assists in New York’s sixgoal first period, and Jaroslav Halak had 22 saves in his 53rd shutout and first this season. The Rangers, who scored six times on their first eight shots, won their fourth straight and moved to 6-0-1 in their past seven games.

■ Blues 3, Jets 0: At St. Louis, rookie goalie Joel Hofer started in his first home appearance with St. Louis and stopped 33 shots in his fourth NHL start. But the 22-year-old Winnipeg native wasn’t credited with a shutout because he left the ice for a second-period skate repair, and Thomas Greiss stopped one shot while filling in.

■ Devils 5, Lightning 2: At Tampa,

Fla., Jesper Bratt notched his first NHL hat trick as New Jersey overcame a 2-0 deficit, halted Tampa Bay’s three-game win streak and improved its league-best road record to 26-5-4.

NBA Bucks’ fourth-quarter rally spurs victory over Raptors

Giannis Antetokoun­mpo had 22 points, 13 rebounds and 10 assists, and Brook Lopez scored 17 of his 26 points in the fourth quarter as host Milwaukee rallied past Toronto 118-111. The Nba-best Bucks (51-20) trailed 95-89 entering the final quarter. The Raptors had won their previous three games.

■ Heat 112, Pistons 100: At Detroit, Jimmy Butler had 26 points and 10 assists for Miami, which overcame a seven-point fourth-quarter deficit in its third win in four games. James Wiseman had 22 points and 13 rebounds for Detroit in its 14th loss in 15 games.

■ Thunder 124, Suns 120: At

Oklahoma City, Shai Gilgeous-alexander scored 40 points for Oklahoma City, which erased a 12-point halftime deficit in its fourth win in five games. Devin Booker had 46 points for Phoenix in its fourth loss in five games.

■ Pelicans 117, Rockets 107: At Houston, Brandon Ingram and C.J. Mccollum each scored 26 points for

New Orleans, which halted Houston’s three-game win streak. Jalen Green had 40 points for the Rockets, who were outscored 52-34 in the paint.

■ Nuggets 108, Nets 102: At New York, Nikola Jokic had 22 points, 17 rebounds and 10 assists in his 28th triple-double this season for West-leading Denver, which won for the second time in seven games.

■ Clippers 117, Trail Blazers 102:

At Portland, Ore., Paul George scored 29 points and Kawhi Leonard 24 for

Los Angeles, which didn’t trail and dealt Portland its sixth straight loss.

G League

■ Kings 120, Ignite 90: At Stockton, Calif., Trey Burke had 24 points and eight assists to lead seven double-figure scorers for Stockton (32-16), which shot 56.3 percent while making 18 of 49 3-point tries in its ninth win in 10 games. Mojave King had 15 points and 10 rebounds for the Ignite (15-33), who shot 42.9 percent while missing 14 of 17 3-point tries in their third loss in a row.
