Celtics win seventh in row, topple short-handed Bucks

Jayson Tatum scored 31 points Wednesday to help host Boston win its seventh game in a row, taking advantage of two-time MVP Giannis Antetokoun­mpo’s injury absence to hold off Milwaukee 122-119. The Celtics led by as many as 21 points in their 18th win in 20 games. Damian Lillard scored 32 points, including a 3-pointer in the final second, for the Bucks, who didn’t get within single digits until the final minutes.

■ Heat 107, Cavaliers 104: At Cleveland, Terry Rozier scored nine points in the final 1:24, including a go-ahead 3-pointer with 14.5 seconds to go, and totaled 24 points for Miami in its third win in four games. Jarrett Allen had 25 points and 20 rebounds for Cleveland.

Toronto, Domantas Sabonis had 13 points, 17 rebounds and 10 assists in his 24th triple-double this season for Sacramento, which scored 33 points off 22 Toronto turnovers and handed the Raptors their eighth straight loss.

■ Thunder 119, Jazz 107: At Oklahoma City, Chet Holmgren had 35 points and 14 rebounds for West-leading Oklahoma City (48-20), which won its third straight and sixth in seven games.

■ Suns 115, 76ers 102: At Phoenix, Grayson Allen hit nine 3-pointers and totaled 32 points for Phoenix, which has alternated wins and losses for its past seven games.

■ Clippers 116, Trail Blazers 103: At Portland, Ore., Paul George scored 27 points for Los Angeles in its second win in six games. Portland lost its fourth in a row.

■ Pacers 122, Pistons 103: At Detroit, Pascal Siakam scored 25 points for Indiana, which swept its four-game season series from Detroit.
