Lopez vs. Lopez

Season Premiere
This sitcom led by real-life father and daughter George and Mayan Lopez, playing fictional versions of themselves, returns for a 10-episode second season. Two new back-toback episodes air Tuesdays starting tonight and through the season finale on April 30. Up first this evening is “Lopez vs. Sobriety,” in which a newly sober George challenges the family to give up their own addictions. Gabriel Iglesias guest-stars as George’s AA sponsor. Then, in “Lopez vs. Moving On,” Mayan goes to work for George and discovers there’s nothing easy about working for LOP-EZ Movers.

The dramatic story of how nearly five centuries of ancient Roman democracy was overthrown in just 16 years by one man is at the heart of this new historical miniseries. In the first episode, Julius Caesar (Andonis Anthony) enters into dangerous alliances and bends the rules to get his way.
