THE CUSTODY BATTLE GETS NASTIER
Robin Thicke and ex-wife Paula Patton aren’t backing down in their bitter battle over son Julian, 6. Robin, 39, and Paula, 41, who divorced in March 2015 after nearly 10 years of marriage, both have been drug tested — and though they each passed their first test, a source says Paula isn’t satisfied. “She believes Robin knew the drug test was coming and had enough time to take steps to test negative,” the source says. In January, Robin became the subject of a child abuse investigation after Julian’s school reported concerns over the boy’s spankings by his dad. Now Robin, adds the source, “is pushing to have his son switch to another school.”
