TERESA’S IGNORING CALLS FROM JOE
In her memoir Standing Strong, Teresa Giudice admits she blames her husband, Joe, who’s now 19 months into a 41-month prison sentence for fraud, for landing them both behind bars. Sounds like she hasn’t forgiven him yet: Life & Style has exclusively learned that the Real Housewives of New Jersey star is ducking some of his phone calls from prison. “All Joe ever does [when he calls] is bring Teresa down and complain about how miserable he is in prison,” a source reveals. “So she’s been dodging calls.” Teresa, 45, has been busy being a single mom to daughters, Gia, 16, Gabriella, 13, Milania, 11, and Audriana, 8, and doesn’t want Joe’s negative rants to bring her down. Before her husband, 45, went to prison, Teresa did her own time, serving 11 months behind bars on fraud charges. During that time, the source says, she kept any negative feelings about Joe to herself “because she needed him to be the responsible parent and take care of the kids.” But now, “she’s taking care of the kids, paying the bills and has it handled,” the source says. “The longer Joe has been away, the more Teresa has realized she doesn’t need him. The plan is to file for divorce from Joe before he’s out of prison.”
