Chip and Joanna Gaines are offered a deal to return to TV — for over $1M an episode!

In September, Chip and Joanna Gaines announced they were quitting their hit HGTV series Fixer Upper, revealing that the fifth season would be the last. But luckily for fans, they won’t be off the air for long. “Chip and Joanna are in final negotiations with ABC to be on [a reboot of] Extreme Makeover: Home Edition,” an insider exclusively tells Life & Style. “And it looks like they’re going to be making $25 million for about 20 episodes — more than $1 million per episode!” Chip, 43, and Joanna, 39, are expecting their fifth child, and when they announced their departure from Fixer Upper, they explained that their filming schedule was cutting too deeply into time with their kids and each other. Their rep denies they’re doing the new show, but the insider says this opportuni- ty was just too good to pass up. “Chip and Joanna are in such high demand, it’s no surprise they have been offered huge money,” the insider adds. “They are professionals and gave it their all at HGTV, but they want to make sure they have a nest egg for their family.”

Deadpool would have a field day with this look! Ryan let the world see his chunky highlighted hair, seemingly frozen in an eternal bob, in this totally ’90s throwback. “The point is,” Instagrammed Ryan, now 41, “I used to style my hair with a blowtorch.”

?? ?? “They both know their worth,” says an insider, who tells Life & Style that Chip and Joanna are closing in on a multimillion-dollar deal with ABC.
