DIET

“I eat consciously, but I also live my life,” Brooke, who looks fabulous at 46, tells

Life & Style. “I’m not one of those people that’s always sacrificing.” Brooke starts her mornings with a shake; she’ll vary the ingredients, but one of her faves contains frozen pears, almond milk, cumin, cinnamon, green powders and a little kale. Her lunches are bigger than her dinners and usually center around chicken or grilled salmon, plus veggies. An afternoon snack (like whole wheat toast with avocado) is a must, and Brooke’s not afraid to treat herself to a bowl of Smart Start cereal with almond milk after dinner.

EXERCISE

As an actress, model and TV personality, Brooke’s always been motivated to look her best, and that’s not going to change now that she’s single again. (She recently filed for divorce from husband of six years David Charvet.) The Skechers ambassador even shares workouts with fans via the Brooke Burke Body fitness app. “I know how boring fitness is,” she says. “I want people to have fun doing it. I want it to be dynamic.” She mixes it up with everything from yoga and Soulcycle to lifting weights and jogging.

SIMPLE SECRET

Taking care of your body isn’t something you should put off until a particular time of year. To look like Brooke, you need to be consistent yearround. “It’s so crazy that everybody waits for their New Year’s resolution to start taking care of themselves,” Brooke says. “I never really [ have to] make New Year’s resolutions because I’m not waiting for that day to break a bad habit.”
