She was overcome with emotion. After delivering her first child with boyfriend Tristan Thompson in April, Khloé Kardashian took to Instagram to gush about how daughter True “has completely stolen our hearts” and how much “Mommy and Daddy loooooove you.” Since then, she’s kept talking, sharing her feelings about everything from her first Mother’s Day to her post-baby body worries.
Her fans are talking back — but instead of sympathy and support, many have harsh words for the new mom. They can’t believe she’s putting on a united front with her baby daddy, who — just two days before she gave birth — was outed for cheating on her with multiple women during her pregnancy. It’s a level of backlash Khloé, who’s long been considered the most relatable and down-toearth Kardashian, has nev- er experienced. “Girl, u were alwayz my fave Kardashian but u r so f---in’ stupid to stay wit Tristan,” one fan tweeted. Wrote another: “We can’t take u seriously when u hate yourself this much.” Other commenters chastised Khloé, 33, for failing to set “a good example for True” by staying with basketball player Tristan, 27, and warned that if she doesn’t value herself, “he won’t either.” Many of her fans “are rapidly losing respect,” notes an insider, “and turning against her.”
TUNING IT OUT
Khloé’s only made things worse by letting critics know she doesn’t want to hear any negative noise. She completely turned off Instagram commenting on photos featuring Tristan before supporting him at a Cleveland Cavaliers playoff game and joining him

on lunch and movie dates. “She can’t deal with the stress of negative reactions,” says the insider. “She’s been in tears about fans turning against her, but she’s determined to make things with Tristan work.” Khloé, who sees herself as a huge global star (she is a Kardashian, after all), thought she’d found a perfect match in Tristan. But it’s clear to some fans that, to the baller, she’s just another baby mama — like his ex, Instagram model Jordan Craig, who was pregnant with his baby when he left her for Khloé. And now the reality TV queen can’t stop haters from trolling her on Twitter. “Doesn’t matter how much money or fame, no one can hide from karma,” blasted one follower, while another Keeping Up With the Kardashians viewer added, “I’m losing respect and interest in the whole show and family.”
MAKING THINGS WORSE
The cutting comments are being left on cheery posts Khloé’s made about everything from flowers to feel-good movies. That has mom Kris Jenner, 62, concerned. “Kris is worried sick that Khloé’s decision to take Tristan back will have a disastrous impact on her brand,” says the insider,“including sales of [ her clothing line] Good American.”
It’s already damaged her relationship with her famous family. “Khloé was supposed to go to LA for Mother’s Day, but she stayed in Cleveland,” a source reveals. “Nobody in her family has come to see her in weeks. They’re really upset that she’s staying with Tristan.” Now Khloé has no choice but to face the fallout. “She’s somewhat in denial about the long-term consequences of remaining by Tristan’s side,” says the insider. “If she continues down this path, she’ll keep losing more and more fans.”
