KATY & ORLANDO’S $335M PRENUP
Before Orlando Bloom can walk down the aisle with Katy Perry, he’ll have to sign on the dotted line. “Katy and Orlando are in the process of hashing out a $ 335 million prenuptial agreement,” an insider tells Life & Style. “The papers are being drawn up at Katy’s request.” She’s being financially smart: The pop superstar, 33, is worth some $295 million, while Orlando, 41, has a net worth of $40 mil. Katy didn’t have a prenup with Russell Brand and got lucky he didn’t
ask for a cut of her finances when they divorced in 2012. But she’s not taking any chances now. “Katy wants to ensure her fortune is protected,” the insider says, “but also that her dignity is saved. She’s asked her lawyers for a $2 million cheating clause and a penalty of $1 million if Orlando leaves her in the first two years of marriage.” The duo already split once, in February 2017, before reuniting in early 2018. Now they’re planning a fall wedding, the insider says, after the Aug. 18 final show of Orlando’s London play Killer Joe. “Until then,” the insider says, “while Orlando’s been having some wild nights out with friends in England, Katy is keeping a close eye on him.”
