Kelly Clarkson recently quipped that her sleek new look is just an illusion: “I literally hired Harry Potter…and Spanx!” But Kelly’s weight loss is so real, fitness coach Nadia Murdock (who doesn’t work with her) believes the 5-foot-3 “Stronger” singer has lost 35 pounds, weighing in now at 130. Inspired by daughter River, 3, and son Remington, 2, Kelly, 36, made changes to her lifestyle so she could feel more energetic while doing activities with them. “She wants to raise smart, strong kids, and a part of that empowermen­t is an active lifestyle,” a source explains. “She’s going on a lot of walks.” When it comes to her eating habits, “Kelly doesn’t call it a diet — she calls it finding healthy alternativ­es,” the source says. “She’s eating a lot of salad and fish, cutting back on fried foods and carbs and laying off the sweets.” It’s certainly paid off. “She feels,” says the source, “better than ever!”
