That’s quite a birthday bonus! On his children’s nanny’s special day, Flip or Flop star Tarek El Moussa surprised her with a very special gift — a brand new Lexus SUV! Posting a video of the nanny, named Mossy, receiving the present (which sells for upwards of $40K), the father of Taylor, 7, and Brayden, 2, wrote, “She has the most important job in the world which is helping me raise Tay and Bray! The kids love her so much we couldn’t imagine life without her!!” Still, the gift was so over-the-top, speculation spread that Tarek and Mossy were dating, which his rep denied. A source confirms to Life & Style that they’re not a couple but believes Tarek, 36, may want that to change. “Friends think he has the hots for Mossy,” the source says. “She’s just his type, and she’s amazing with Brayden and Taylor, which he would find really attractive. Being good with kids is definitely something he looks for in a woman.” That he does: Tarek briefly dated the family’s former nanny Alyssa Logan soon after splitting with his ex-wife, Christina. “Tarek is a huge flirt and has always had a thing for hot girls,” says the source, who adds that Christina, 34, thinks Tarek’s gift was inappropriate. “She really likes Mossy but rolled her eyes when she found out he’d bought her something that expensive.” Tarek’s rep claimed he bought the luxury ride for Mossy because she drives the kids around and he wants them to be safe. But some remain unconvinced. Tarek, notes the source, “really seems like he’s trying to impress her!”
