DIET

“Consistency is very important when it comes to eating,” says the 5-foot-10 Victoria’s Secret model. She usually starts the day with a smoothie or a bowl of oatmeal, then grilled chicken or fish with quinoa or Japanese yams for lunch and dinner. Snacks are fruit, raw almonds, cashews and dried cranberries. Her daily splurge? “I have to have my cappuccino or latte every day,” says the Brazilian stunner, 37, “but I’ll sweeten it with honey instead of sugar.”

EXERCISE

“I work out at least six days a week,” says the mom of Valentina, 8, and Sienna, 5, who stays runway-ready 365 days a year. “With or without a fashion show coming up, I’m at the gym.” While 80 percent of her routine is boxing, she also likes to jump rope and take classes like Barry’s Bootcamp, which mixes cardio and strength training. Whatever the workout, the model won’t be satisfied unless she’s really worked up a sweat: “I want my T-shirt to be wet when I finish!” she says.

SIMPLE SECRET

Adriana likes to kick-start her metabolism with energyboosting breakfast smoothies. Her fave is “a very simple water-based avocado and honey blend,” which combines half an avocado, one cup of water and some honey for sweetness. “When I want something heavier, I do a yogurt and milk base,” she says, which “starts the morning off right.”
