The singer and her husband are selling their sprawling Tennessee mansion — and moving into a home in LA’S Encino neighborhood that’s half its size! Still, their new digs aren’t exactly compact. Kelly and Brandon shelled out $8.5 million for the almost 10,000-square-foot mansion. A move to Cali should work out well for Kelly, who will now be able to come home to her husband and kids after a long day working on The Voice. “My biggest priority,” she says, “is obviously my kids.”
