Strong never looked so sexy! Hot mama Jenna Dewan swears by eating clean and working up a sweat

“I’m not a fan of dieting,” says 37-year-old actress and mom Jenna Dewan. She is, however, a big fan of healthy eating “because it makes me feel better, plain and simple.” The World of Dance host sticks to what she calls a “mostly vegan,” plantbased meal plan with a green smoothie for breakfast, hummus or tabbouleh and a tomato and cucumber salad for lunch, and a brown rice bowl with black beans, roasted veggies and tahini or olive oil for dinner. Her occasional splurge? “French fries!”

EXERCISE

The lifelong dancer is big on taking classes. “I like the motivation of having somebody watching over and giving me inspiratio­n,” she says. Jenna, mom to 5-year-old Everly with her ex Channing Tatum, often combines dance cardio with band work, squats, lunges and planks. “I work with Los Angeles trainer Jennifer Johnson,” she says. “We do 45 minutes to an hour. She makes it fun. If it’s not fun, I won’t go.”

SIMPLE SECRET

When it comes to food, you can never be too prepared! Having healthy meals and snacks at the ready helps to prevent bad choices ( hello, vending machine!) and overeating. That’s why Jenna often puts together easy dishes she can travel with. “I like to make things that will keep for a couple of days that I can just grab and go,” she says.
