A violent fight between Heather and beau Chris got messier once police arrived. She was charged with four counts of misdemeanor battery on an officer and later pleaded not guilty.

Family members again called 911 on an intoxicated Heather, who assaulted emergency personnel responding to the scene. She spent the night in jail. Six hours after being released, the star overdosed and eventually was transferred to the psychiatric ward at UCLA Medical Center.
