After driving her car into a ditch, Heather was transporte­d to Los Robles Hospital & Medical Center with minor injuries.

February 2018 Domestic Danger

A violent fight between Heather and beau Chris got messier once police arrived. She was charged with four counts of misdemeano­r battery on an officer and later pleaded not guilty.

March 2018 Firearm Fallout

During the February scuffle, Heather told first responders she would shoot them if they returned to her house again. Officers did return — to search for a gun registered in her name. She’s now banned from owning a gun.

June 17 Father’s Day Fiasco

Heather was taken to the hospital for a psychologi­cal evaluation following an incident where she choked her mother, Diane, 85, and threatened to hurt herself.

June 24 A Frantic 24 Hours

Family members again called 911 on an intoxicate­d Heather, who assaulted emergency personnel responding to the scene. She spent the night in jail. Six hours after being released, the star overdosed and eventually was transferre­d to the psychiatri­c ward at UCLA Medical Center.
