Titanic’s star-crossed lovers could’ve looked a whole lot different. While Gwyneth Paltrow, 45, reportedly turned down the part of Rose (which eventually went to Kate Winslet, 42), Matthew Mcconaughe­y says he would have been all-in as leading man Jack in the 1997 movie — if he’d been chosen. “It was one of those auditions where I left and thought I had it,” says the Oscar winner, 48. But director James Cameron preferred Leonardo Dicaprio, 43. “That,” says Matt, “was a huge opportunit­y.”
