JESSICA ALBA and CASH WARREN’S marriage isn’t as picture-perfect as it seems.

-

In May, Jessica Alba wished Cash Warren a happy 12th wedding anniversary with a 4-minute video montage on Instagram. Days later, they taped themselves doing a cute Tiktok dance together. In June, the Honest Company founder gave him an at-home Father’s Day facial and shared it with her 18 million followers, and in July, she posted an 8-minute clip of their adventures trying to get rid of a giant spider without killing it.

But off the ’gram, lockdown looks a lot different. Jessica, 39, and Cash, 41, “act like they’re the perfect couple, but the truth is that their marriage isn’t all roses and rainbows. Far from it,” says a source. “They’re at each other’s throats.” The duo have been isolating together since March, when California started shutting down amid the coronavirus pandemic, “and it’s taking its toll,” adds the source. “They’re butting heads. Big-time.”

LASHING OUT

They enjoy spending all of the extra time with their kids, Honor, 12, Haven, 8, and Hayes, 2. But Cash, who runs socks and underwear brand Pair of Thieves, is also used to going out with his friends “and doing his own thing,” explains the source. “Lockdown is preventing him from having a social life and he’s taking it out on Jessica.”

He’s not always easy to be around. “Cash can be stubborn, difficult and jealous, and if he doesn’t get his way, everyone knows about it,” alleges the source, adding that if Jessica gets a text or call, “he’ll want to know who she’s speaking with. He’s driving her crazy!”

She hates feeling smothered. “At one point, Jessica abruptly left the house and took the kids because she needed space,” says the source. “They made up afterward, but her patience is wearing thin.”

Jessica and Cash love each other, but lockdown has been rough. Though “they’re trying to hold it together for the kids, they can’t paper over the cracks forever,” warns the source. “If their marital problems get any worse, there’s a chance that they won’t pull through.”
