When the little boy that high school freshman Kelly Ferguson (Tamara Strong) is babysitting on Halloween gets kidnapped by the Boogeyman (Harry Potter’s Tom Felton), she turns to the Order of the Babysitters, a super-secret organization that’s been around for thousands of years, to help get him back before his mom comes home.
