LOOKING GOOD

Jennifer Aniston shares her favorite tricks for looking (and feeling) forever young.

It’s been 24 years since Jennifer Aniston graced the TV screen as Rachel Green on Friends. But the actress, 52, feels more beautiful now than she did back then. “Society used to say, ‘Bye, see ya, your time’s up, you should go out to pasture now,’” says Jen. “[But] I feel like a 20-yearold!” And she looks like one too, thanks to a mix of yoga, strength training and cardio. “I’m always changing it up because I don’t ever want to get too bored with anything,” notes the star, who’s a fan of workout apps like The Class, Alo Moves and Peloton. “I always try to surprise my muscles.” One of her favorite ways to do that? By spending 15 minutes on the elliptical, 15 minutes on an indoor bike and 15 minutes walking or jogging. “I really love [working out]. It’s a mood enhancer for me and really keeps me feeling good,” says the Morning Show lead. She believes that staying mentally strong is just as important as being physically fit, though. “The morning is my selfcare time because it gears me up for the day ahead,” Jen reveals. “For me, that’s meditation, which I do first thing when I wake up before I have my coffee. So, I’ll start with that to just kind of calm myself.” And it works. “I’m in a really peaceful place,” she shares. “I have a job that I love. I have people in my life who are everything to me. I’m just a very fortunate and blessed human being.”

?? ?? “I always say I have a holistic approach to wellness,” Jen explains. “It’s not just nutritional... it’s emotional, mental and spiritual.”
