Megan & MGK: IT’S COMPLICATED!
Are they or aren’t they? On Alex Cooper’s Call Her Daddy podcast, Megan Fox opened up about her roller-coaster romance with Machine Gun Kelly. The actress, 37, confirmed that she ended her engagement to the singer, 33, last year, but stopped short of divulging why the wedding was called off. “What I’ve learned about being in this relationship is that it’s not for public consumption. So, I think as of now, I don’t have a comment on the status of the relationship per se,” Megan admitted. “What I can say is that [he] is what I refer to as being my twin soul, and there will always be a tether to him no matter what. I cannot say for sure what the capacity will be, but I will always be connected to him somehow. Beyond that, I’m not willing to explain.” Megan was, however, willing to share her thoughts on marriage — and from the sound of it, the Jennifer’s Body star, who was previously wed to Brian Austin Green, may never walk down the aisle again. As a child of divorce, “the messaging that I received is that men, and marriage in particular, drain you of your life force,” said Megan. “It’s an oppressive experience. Like, when I say the words being married, I feel my chakra tighten up. I feel my back, like, get tight.”
