BARBARA IRENE FINCH

1933 – 2016

Barbara Irene Finch, of Clements, California, passed away on December 10, 2016, in Stockton, at the age of 83. Barbara was born in San Francisco, California on August 17, 1933, to Edmund Phillip and Catherine Marie (Jeams) Warren.

Barbara graduated from Hayward High School in Hayward, CA. She raised her children in Hayward, CA and Pleasanton, CA, and retired with her husband, Gail, to Clements, CA. Barbara later retired from Mervyns in Lodi, and Elk Grove, as a result of a car accident in 1999. She was of the Christian Faith.

Barbara is survived by her son, Michael A. (Suzanne) Finch, Ione, CA; daughter, Cynthia G. (Milton) Matchak, Clements, CA; daughter, MariAnn Johnson, Clements, CA; son, Timothy J. (Raelynn) Finch, Ione, CA; sister, Joanne (Howard) Koenen, Oroville, CA; 17 grandchildren; and 21 greatgrandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gail V. Finch; child, Nancy; brother, Edmund; and son-in-law, Russell Johnson.

A Celebration of Barbara’s Life will be held on Saturday, January 7, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. at the Home Church, 11451 N. West Lane, Lodi, CA 95242, with Jacob Matchak officiating. A guest book may be signed at http:// www.lodifuneralhome.com.
