Tigers sweep Trojans
The Tokay baseball team completed a three-game series sweep of Lincoln on Friday, knocked the Trojans farther from a playoff berth.
Diego Ramirez led the offensive onslaught with a 3-for-4 day with a home run, a double, four RBIs and two runs. Joseph Heryford went 3-for-5 with three runs, Ryan Lew went 2-for-5 with two doubles, three RBIs and two runs, Jaime Quesada went 2-for-3 with a triple and two runs, Hugo Velazquez went 2-for-4 with a double and two RBIs and two runs, Cory Glasgow had a single and two runs, Luis Ramirez had a single and two RBIs and Victor Munoz and Dylan mahurin each singled.

Lodi 13, West 3
Jose Hinojosa pitched a nohitter on Friday, and also belted a three-run triple in the sixth inning that triggered the 10-run mercy rule to end the game. Ezekiel Nino had two singles, Drake Davis had a double, Jonathan Charboneay had a double and two RBIs, Ian Wantanabe had a single and two RBIs and Trent Luiz had a single.
West’s three runs came in the fifth and sixth innings courtesy of four infield errors, two walks, a hit batsman and a wild pitch.
Lincoln 10, Tokay 3
Bryce Neuvert went 3-for-3 with two RBIs in Friday’s loss, and David Fuentes went 2-for3. Asiel Garcia added a triple, along with singles from Alberto Magallanes, Granger Rivera and Devin Olsen.
