Rexroth worked at Micke Grove Zoo for 25 years as a keeper and spent seven years as the nature center coordinator at Oak Grove Regional Park. He also spent two years as the interim zoo and interpretive services manager. He is a fan of cacti, orchids and California native plants.

The presentation and plant walk will begin at 1 p.m. Sunday at the amphitheater in the nature area. The public is invited to attend.
