Marvin is an approximately 10month-old, neutered Chihuahua mix and weighs approximately 15 pounds. He is a super friendly and outgoing puppy with a ton of personality packed into his small frame.

PALS rescued Marvin when he was just 3 months old, after he was diagnosed with Parvo. PALS immediately brought him in for life-saving medical treatment, and Marvin made a full recovery.

Today, Marvin is an energetic and loving puppy, and his happiness and playfulness is infectious. He enjoys going for walks, and loves getting out into the play yard where he can run, roll around in the warm grass, and soak in the sun.

As much fun as he has in the play yard, though, what Marvin truly enjoys is spending time with people. He’s quick to jump in a lap and settle in for some love and affection, and maybe even a quick nap.

Marvin would make a wonderful addition to any home, so if you’re looking for a fun, loving and super affectionate puppy, please come down and meet him!

Meet Spooky and Orie: These sweet 18-month-old brothers are the last of their family still seeking a forever home. They are two of five kittens born to a sweet stray mother cat in the backyard of a home in Stockton. The home’s resident saw that the mother cat was very friendly and called Second Chance Kitty for help when the kittens were just a few weeks old.

Spooky and Orie are sweet black kitties, but as we know too well, they are often overlooked due to not having flashy colors. Their coats are a rich, luxurious black. These brothers are very loving and friendly, they enjoy playing and spending time with their people.

These boys have been waiting for their perfect home for more than a year now. They do not have to be adopted together but they would be so happy if they could stay together forever.

Spooky and Orie, like all Second Chance Kitty cats, are indoor-only and a commitment for the next 15 to 20-plus years.

Spooky and Orie are neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, deflead, FeLV/FIV negative and available for adoption.

Second Chance Kitty is a local nonprofit organization dedicated to helping cats, kittens and the occasional dog escape a life of abandonment, abuse and neglect.
