Fourth of July closures

• City of Lodi offices will be closed on July 4 for Independen­ce Day. The city will also be closed on Friday, July 7, for its normal furlough day.

• Lodi Electric Utility will be closed on July 4. The utility’s emergency line, 209-368-5735, will continue to operate throughout the holiday.

• The Lodi Police Department’s office will be closed, but officers will be on duty as usual. Officers will also be stationed at Lodi Lake.

• The Lodi Fire Department’s administra­tion office will be closed on July 4, but all stations and emergency services will be available. Additional­ly, a squad will be stationed at Lodi Lake in case of emergencie­s.

• The U.S. Post Offices in Lodi and Galt will be closed on July 4, and no mail will be delivered.

• The Lodi Public Library will be closed on July 4 for the holiday.

• The Marion O. Lawrence Library in Galt will be closed on July 4 for the holiday. It is also closed each Sunday and Monday.

• San Joaquin County Courts and the county clerk’s office will be closed on July 4.

• San Joaquin Delta College campuses will be closed on July 4.

• SMUD offices will be closed on July 4. SMUD’s 24-hour electric outage line, 888-456-7683, will continue to operate throughout the holiday.
