Liberty Ranch easily dispatches Rosemont
Four Liberty Ranch players scored in double digits as the Hawks boys basketball took down Rosemont 84-53 on Tuesday.
Jalen Patterson led the Hawks with 22 points, along with 15 from Chandler Garcia, 12 from Chris Fielding and 10 from Jaime Gonzalez. Isaac Padilla added seven points, and Jeramyah Rodriguez had six.
The Hawks opened the game with a 13-0 run as they improved to 17-2 overall and 2-0 in the Sierra Valley Conference.
Nate Bond drained six 3pointers on his way to 26 points in Tuesday’s victory and Cody Doell had a doubledouble with 18 points and 14 rebounds.
Ian Malagon added 13 points and six assists, Juwan Couey had nine points, Nick Figueroa had eight, Nate Gotgotao-Washington had seven, Josh Alejandre and Bubba Pinasco had three each and Ice Caldwell had one.
Elliot improved to 12-5 overall, and 5-0 in the CCAA.

Eduardo Guillen scored four goals to help Tokay to victory on Tuesday, with two goals and two assists from Brandon Razo, a penalty-kick goal from Francisco Gaona and assists from Jose Contreras, Rigo Godoy and Conley Souza.
Jorge Oregel had three saves in goal to preserve the shutout.
