Mitch Walding High school: St. Mary’s Sport: Baseball Profession­al: Philadelph­ia Phillies

Walding, a non-roster invitee to spring camp, has made four appearance­s in the team’s spring training games so far. In five plate appearance­s, he has had a single, a walk, a strikeout and been hit by a pitch.

Mike Meserole High school: Liberty Ranch Sport: Basketball College: Cal Maritime

Meserole, a senior guard, had 27 points, three rebounds and a pair o steals as the Keelhauler­s fell 71-70 in double-overtime to UC Merced in the Cal-Pac Tournament. Teammate Evan Madill (St. Mary’s) had two points.

David Lerma High school: Elliot Sport: Basketball College: Maranatha Baptist

Lerma, a junior point guard, had 17 points, three assists and three rebounds in a 100-60 win over Emmaus, then had five points, three rebounds, three assists and two steals in an 85-57 win over Oak Hills in the NCCAA north Regional Championsh­ip.

Kat Tudor High school: St. Mary’s Sport: Basketball College: Oregon State

Tudor, a sophomore point guard, had three points and five rebounds in a 65-40 win over Arizona, then had two points and five rebounds in a 64-60 win over Arizona State.

Brad Reeves High school: Lodi Sport: Golf College: Arizona

Reeves, a sophomore, finished tied for 12th overall in the N.I.T. in Tucson, Ariz., with an 8-under 208 in the three-day event. He was under par each day, with a 3-under 69 in the opening day, a 1-under 71 on the second day and a 4-under 68 on the final day.

Courtney Newport High school: Lodi Sport: Golf College: Holy Names

Newport, a senior, had the low score among the Hawks, a 5-over 149, in the two-day Lancer Joust to help her squad to an eighth-place finish. She shot a 73 on the first day, and a 76 on the second.

Jessica Hartwell High school: Liberty Ranch Sport: Softball College: Texas Tech

Hartwell, a junior infielder, went 2-for-4 with two home runs and four RBIs in a 74 win over New Mexico State, then went 2-for-2 and an RBI in a 3-1 loss in the second game of a double-header.

Ali Smith High school: Lodi Sport: Softball College: McPherson (Kan.)

Smith, a sophomore outfielder, had a single in each game of a double-header against Baker, a 3-0 loss and a 3-2 loss.

Britany Heinle High school: Tokay Sport: Softball College: Vanguard University

Heinle, a senior infielder, had a single and a run in a loss to Biola, then had a hit in both games of a double-header against Marymount-California — a single and two RBIs in the first game, and a triple and an RBI in the second, both victories.

Kelsey Connolly High school: Lodi Sport: Softball College: Thomas University

Connolly, a senior catcher, hit safely in both victories in a double-header against Brewton-Parker, with a solo home run in the first game and a single in the second.

Abbie Lewis High school: Lodi Sport: Softball College: William Jessup

Lewis, a freshman outfielder, hit safely in three games of two double-headers in the past week, with a single in the first game against Oregon IT and a single and two runs in the second, then she went 2-for-4 with a stolen base, an RBI and two runs against Southern University. Teammate Lauren Garoutte (Tokay) scored a run against Oregon IT.

Alex Dentoni High school: Tokay Sport: Baseball College: Sacramento State Dentoni, a redshirt sophomore pitcher,

threw two innings of relief on Feb. 25, allowing one run to take the loss in a 54 loss to San Jose State.

Alex Patterson High school: St. Mary’s Sport: Baseball College: UC Santa Barbara

Patterson, a redshirt junior pitcher, threw two innings of relief against Texas A&M-Corpus Christi on Feb. 24, taking the loss with two runs allowed (one earned) in a 2-1 loss. He gave up two runs in two innings to Fresno State in a 6-1 loss.

Mason Blansett High school: Lodi Sport: Baseball College: Whittier

Blansett, a junior infielder, had a single and a run in a win over Castleton, then had a walk and a run in a loss to Redlands.

Bryce Graddy High school: Tokay Sport: Baseball College: Cal Poly-Pomona

Graddy, a senior infielder, went 2-for-3 with an RBI and a run in a win over San Marcos on Feb. 23, then went 2-for-3 with a double in a 2-1 win against the same team the next day. In a doublehead­er against San Marcos, Graddy went 2-for-5 with a triple, an RBI and a run, then went 3-for-5 with a double, two RBIs and two runs.

Brett Young High school: Lodi Sport: Baseball College: Nebraska-Kearney

Young, a junior outfielder, went 3-for-3 with four walks and two runs from the leadoff spot in a 15-9 win over Southwest Baptist on Feb. 24. In two more games against Southwest, he had a single and four RBIs in a win, and a single, an RBI and a run in a loss.

Isaiah King-Halsey High school: Liberty Ranch Sport: Basketball College: Monterey Peninsula

King-Halsey, a sophomore point guard, scored 13 points and had four rebounds and two steals in MPC’s 81-76 playoff loss to West Hills.

Anthony Lewis High school: Lodi Sport: Basketball College: Modesto JC

Lewis, a sophomore guard, had six points and six boards in a playoff loss to Gavilan.

Jacob Jordan High school: Lodi Sport: Baseball College: Delta

Jordan, a freshman pitcher, threw a scoreless inning in a 17-2 win over Mission,

Nick Dentoni High school: Tokay Sport: Baseball College: Delta

Dentoni, a redshirt freshman pitcher, had two scoreless innings in a 5-1 win over Sacramento City on Tuesday.

Mark Aubrey High school: Liberty Ranch Sport: Baseball College: Cosumnes River

Aubrey, a freshman catcher, had a single in a loss to Merced, then had a single and an RBI in a win over American River.

Daniel Vitoria High school: Galt Sport: Baseball College: Cosumnes River

Vitoria, a sophomore pitcher, had a scoreless inning of work in an 11-7 win over Merced, then had 1 /23 scoreless innings in a loss to ARC.

High school: Tokay Sport: Baseball College: Cosumnes River

Berninger, a freshman pitcher, allowed two runs (none earned) in an inning of an 11-4 win over American River.

Corey Potthoff High school: Liberty Ranch Sport: Baseball College: Cosumnes River

Potthoff, a freshman pitcher, had two scoreless innings in the loss to ARC, allowing a hit and a walk with two strikeouts.

Sam Martinez High school: Galt Sport: Softball College: Delta

Martinez, a freshman infielder and pitcher, went 2-for-3 with an RBI, then 2for-4 with two RBIs and a run in doublehead­er wins over Folsom Lake, with a complete game in the circle of the second game with one run on nine hits. She had a single, RBI and run in a win over Siskiyous, with two scoreless innings pitched, went 4 1.3 innings of a win over Reedley with three strikeouts and three runs, and went 3-for-3 with two doubles, two RBIs and two runs in a win over Modesto.

Taelor Ford High school: Tokay Sport: Softball College: Cosumnes River

Ford, a sophomore catcher, had a single and two RBIs in a win over Sacramento, went 2-for-3 with an RBI and a run in a second game against Sacramento, and added a single against Sierra.

Korina Krueg High school: Tokay Sport: Softball College: Cosumnes River

Krueg, a sophomore shortstop, had a single, RBI and run in the first Sac City game, an RBI in the second, and went 2-for-3 with a stolen base against Sierra.

Veronica Smith High school: Tokay Sport: Softball College: Cosumnes River

Smith, a sophomore infielder, had a home run and two RBIs in the first Sac City game, and a single against Sierra.

Sam Amarante High school: Lodi Sport: Softball College: Hesston (Kan.)

Amarante, a freshman catcher, had a single, RBI and run against Southeast, then went 2-for-4 with a home run, a double, three RBIs and three runs in a second game against Southeast.

Kendall Richardson High school: Lodi Sport: Softball College: Hesston (Kan.)

Richardson, a sophomore infielder, had a single and run in the first Southeast game, then a walk and a run in the second.

Jenna Schneider High school: Tokay Sport: Softball College: Hesston (Kan.)

Schneider, a freshman infielder, went 2-for-3 with a walk, 2 RBIs and a run in the second Southeast game, then went 3for-5 with a double, an RBI and a run in a double-header against Pratt College.
