One dead in fatal Lodi collision

The Lodi Police Department is investigating a fatal traffic collision that occurred on Sunday, according to Lt. Fernando Martinez.

At approximately 10 p.m. Sunday, a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in the area of South Cherokee Lane and East Pine Street, sustaining fatal injuries, Martinez said.

The investigation is ongoing.
