Two arrested in building marked for no occupancy

LODI — Lodi police arrested two people found inside a residence posted for no occupancy on Thursday, according to Lodi Police Lt. Mike Kermgard.

Manuel Segura, 31, and Tania Gonzalez, 26, were found inside a residence on the 200 block of Flora Street at 10:39 a.m., according to Kermgard. The two did not immediately comply with officers’ verbal requests, he said.

Both were arrested on suspicion of occupying a posted building, obstructing an officer and for unrelated warrants.
