Zach Phillips High school: Galt Sport: Baseball Profession­al: Acereros del Norte (Mexican League)

Phillips, a left-hander, allowed two runs on four hits in an inning of work in Saturday against Monterey, then gave up two runs without recording an out on Sunday.

Mitch Walding High school: St. Mary’s Sport: Baseball Profession­al: Lehigh Valley IronPigs (Phillies AAA)

Walding, a 25-year-old third baseman, spent much of the spring as a non-roster invitee with the Philadelph­ia Phillies, and is now back with the club’s triple-A team, which opens the season on April 6. Walding hit 25 home runs last year with the double-A Reading Fightin’ Phils.

Gio Brusa High school: St. Mary’s Sport: Baseball Profession­al: San Jose Giants (Giants A-Adv.)

Brusa, a 24-year-old, is back with San Jose to start this season, where he tied for the team lead last year with 17 home runs. This year he’ll make the transition from outfield to first base.

Alex Dentoni High school: Tokay Sport: Baseball College: Sacramento State

Dentoni, a redshirt sophomore righthande­r, pitched four innings of relief in an 8-2 loss to New Mexico State, allowing three runs on four hits on Thursday, then started a 10-4 win against Saint Mary’s on Monday, with three runs allowed in three innings.

Matt Richardson High school: Tokay Sport: Baseball College: Hawaii

Richardson, gave up four runs in 2/3 of an inning in a 12-4 loss to UC Irvine on Friday.

Mason Blansett High school: Lodi Sport: Baseball College: Whittier

Blansett, a junior infielder, had a single, two RBIs and a run in Saturday’s 9-6 win over George Fox. He also had a run in the first game of the series, Friday’s 11-7 loss.

Bryce Graddy High school: Tokay Sport: Baseball College: Cal Poly-Pomona

Graddy, a senior infielder, safely hit in three games of a four-game series against Sonoma State, going 2-for-4 with two runs in Thursday’s 11-4 win, a single and two RBIs in Friday’s 5-3 loss and a single and a walk in Saturday’s 9-7 loss.

Jessica Hartwell High school: Liberty Ranch Sport: Softball College: Texas Tech

Hartwell, a junior infielder, went 4-for4 with a pair of doubles and a run in a 4-1 loss to No. 25 Oklahoma State, then went 2-for-2 with a triple, a double and two runs in Saturday’s 10-4 loss in the final game of the three-game series.

Ali Smith High school: Lodi Sport: Softball College: McPherson (Kan.)

Smith, a sophomore outfielder, contribute­d at the plate in four straight games, with a single and a run, then a 2-for-3 game with a walk in a doublehead­er against Ottawa, followed by a single, an RBI and a run, plus a walk and three runs in a double-header against Central Christian.

Britany Heinle High school: Tokay Sport: Softball College: Vanguard University

Heinle, a senior infielder, had a single and an RBI in Wednesday’s 5-2 victory over Columbia.

Abbie Lewis High school: Lodi Sport: Softball College: William Jessup

Lewis, a freshman outfielder, tallied seven hits in a double-header against Hope Internatio­nal University, going 3for-4 with an RBI and a run in a 3-2 win, and 4-for-5 with a triple, two RBIs and two runs in a 4-3 loss.

Lauren Garoutte High school: Tokay Sport: Softball College: William Jessup

Garoutte, a junior outfielder, had a single and a run in the first game against Hope Internatio­nal.

JR Kanemura High school: Lodi Sport: Golf College: Doane (Neb.)

Kanemura, a sophomore, carded a 162 in the two-day Doane Spring Invitation­al, with an 83 on the first day and a 79 on the second.

Nick Dentoni High school: Tokay Sport: Baseball College: Delta

Dentoni, a redshirt freshman righthande­r, pitched two hitless innings of relief in a 13-2 win over LA Mission, with two strikeouts.

Daniel Vitoria High school: Galt Sport: Baseball College: Cosumnes River Vitoria, a sophomore right-hander, earned his second win of the season with 2 1/3 innings in a 5-4 win over Sierra, with two runs allowed, one earned, and two strikeouts.

Corey Potthoff High school: Liberty Ranch Sport: Baseball College: Cosumnes River

Potthoff, a freshman right-hander, pitched an inning of relief in a loss to Sierra, allowing one run with two strikeouts.

Sam Martinez High school: Galt Sport: Softball College: Delta

Martinez, a freshman infielder/pitcher, had a single and a run in a 4-0 win over Delta, then a single and a run again in a win over Modesto. She pitched 3 1/3 innings against Modesto, with three hits and no runs.

Grace Robles High school: Elliot Sport: Softball College: Delta

Robles, a freshman, had a single and a run in a 12-1 win over Modesto.

Korina Krueg High school: Tokay Sport: Softball College: Cosumnes River

Krueg, a sophomore shortstop, had a single in a 2-1 loss to Sierra, then had a single and a run in a 6-2 loss to Sierra.

Veronica Smith High school: Tokay Sport: Softball College: Cosumnes River

Smith, a sophomore infielder, had a single in the second loss to Sierra.
