Highway 12 Rio Vista bridge closed until further notice

RIO VISTA — The Highway 12 bridge in Rio Vista remains closed until further notice as crews work to reopen it after it became stuck in the open position, according to a Thursday press release from Caltrans, and motorists are advised to use alternate routes between Sacramento and Solano counties.
