Tail-Waggers
Boris
Boris is approximately 1 year old, weighs 30 pounds, and has been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. Boris was a little shy at first, but has grown in confidence as he feels more safe. He is very energetic and playful. He sometimes gets overexcited and jumps into a lap without warning. Boris is very intelligent and takes correction well, and is working on his impulse control. He knows the commands “sit” and “down,” and is learning “stay.” Continued obedience training is recommended. He gets along well with most other dogs, and would do well as an only dog or with a canine companion with a similar disposition. PALS is currently closed to the public; however, adoptions are available on a limited basis. Anyone interested in adopting should call PALS at 209-224-0354 or email pals.lodi@yahoo.com. Viewings for individual animals and prospective adopters are done by appointment only. PALS is a Lodi-based, nonprofit organization.
Toby
Toby is about 11⁄2 years old and weighs 14 pounds. He is smart and highly food motivated, so should be easy to train. He loves going for walks and behaves well on a leash. Toby loves to play with toys and sitting in a lap. He will need a home with a yard. He is house-trained and uses a dog door. He likes other dogs, but they do not always like him; he would make a great only dog with someone active who works from home. Toby is friendly with older children, but should go to a home with children 10 or older. He has been neutered and microchipped, and his vaccinations are current.
Taz
Taz is 4 months old, and is sweet and loving. He would do well with a family, but should not go to a home with young children. He will need a lot of attention and should have another cat to play with.
is house-trained, spayed and FELV/FIV negative. Her vaccinations are current, and she is an inside-only cat. To visit, sponsor or learn more about Loli, submit an application at www.animalfriendsconnect.org/ adoption-application-cats or call 209-365-0535.

Pharaoh and Sphynx
Pharaoh and Sphinx are energetic, bonded brothers and are several months old. Pharaoh is very brave and curious. Sphinx is shy at first, but with lots of love he comes out of his shell and gains confidence. They have been fostered around dogs and other cats and get along with both. Their ideal home will be together. All Second Chance Kitties are neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and treated for parasites before going to their new home. Second Chance Kitty is a local nonprofit organization dedicated to helping cats, kittens and the occasional dog escape a life of abandonment, abuse and neglect. Interested parties may call the adoption coordinator at 209-8173030, visit our Facebook page at Second Chance Kitty, or email 2chancekittys@ gmail.com.
