Tail-Waggers
Chevron
Chevron is an affectionate, kind cat with a personality more like a dog. He’s mellow and adapts fairly quickly. Like all Second Chance Kitties, he is strictly indoors only, regardless of his protests. He is friendly with other cats, but has not spent time around dogs. He may do well with a cat-friendly, calm canine companion. Chevron enjoys being pet, especially head rubs. He has been neutered, microchipped and treated for pests; his vaccinations are current and he has tested negative for FIV/FeLV. Second Chance Kitty is a local nonprofit organization dedicated to helping cats, kittens and the occasional dog escape a life of abandonment, abuse and neglect. Interested parties may call the adoption coordinator at 209-817-3030, visit our Facebook page at Second Chance Kitty, or email 2chancekittys@gmail.com
Milo
Milo is 2 to 3 years old and weighs 121⁄2 pounds. He loves to “talk,” though it is more of a grumble. He also loves going for walks and drives. Milo will need time and patience to get comfortable in his new home, and will need an adult-only home with absolutely no children and no other dogs. He tends to bond with just one or two people at a time. His new owner must have previous experience with dogs. Milo is house-trained and uses a dog door. He has been neutered and microchipped, and his vaccinations are current.
Tubby
Tubby is 2 years old. He is playful and loving. He would make a good family cat, but would not do well in a home with small children. He gets along with other cats, but would also be a good only cat.
Tubby is house-trained, spayed and FELV/FIV negative. His vaccinations are current, and he is an inside-only cat. To visit, sponsor or learn more about Tubby, submit an application at www.animalfriendsconnect.org/adoption-applicationcats or call 209-365-0535.
