Sweetie
Sweetie is 10 years old. She recently lost her owner. She is very loving and will likely be close to her new owner with little time. She would do best in a quiet home a quiet home, and should probably be an only cat, although she may be OK with another mellow cat. She would make a great companion for a single person. Her long fur will need to be brushed regularly.
Sweetie is house-trained, spayed and FELV/FIV negative. Her vaccinations are current, and she is an inside-only cat. To visit, sponsor or learn more about Sweetie, submit an application at www.animalfriendsconnect.org/ado ption-application-cats or call 209-365-0535.
Storm & Rain
Storm & Rain are a bonded pair. Storm is 5 years old and weighs 7.9 pounds. Rain is 6 or 7 years old and weighs 6.4 pounds. They are very sweet and loving. They are tiny and delicate dogs and must go to a home with adults only, or with gentle children over 12 years old. Rain has two spinal discs that will require ongoing care, though she can live a normal, happy life as long as any dogs she is around
do not jump on her and she is handled gently. Storm is more active; she is playful and she will need someone to play with (possibly another playful dog) and take her walking. Rain will make a great lap dog, and can go for walks in a dog sling or a stroller. They would do best in a home where they each have their own lap to sit in. No apartments, please. Storm can climb a 3- to 4foot fence, so an appropriate fence is a must. They enjoy walking on a leash and ride well in the car, and are house-trained. They have wiry coats and will require occasional professional grooming. They are spayed and microchipped, and their vaccinations are current. Tawny
Tawny is approximately 2 years old and weighs just under 7 pounds. Her vaccinations are current. She is a sweetheart, and has bonded withher fellow rescue Tess. Tawny can be a little on the shy side, especially when she’s first meeting people, and can be a little submissive in new situations. Once she’s warmed up to someone new, she is very affectionate, and loves snuggling in a lap. Tawny likes to go on short walks. She can be spunky, but hasn’t shown much interest in toys or playtime. She’s definitely content to hang out with PALS volunteers or Tess, and find a nice cozy spot in the yard to catch some sun.
