Brigham Young 88, at Loyola Marymount 71: The Cougars (17-5, 8-3 West Coast Conference) took a 47-25 halftime lead and cruised past the Lions (11-7, 4-4) ending their four-game winning streak. Ivan Alipiev had 22 points for LMU.
at Santa Clara 86, Pepperdine 82: Josip Vrankic had 26 points as the Broncos (10-6, 4-4 WCC) ended their four-game home losing streak. Colbey Ross had 26 points and six assists for the Waves (10-9, 6-4).
at Cal State Northridge 88, Hawaii 80 (OT): Darius Brown II had 18 points, 16 rebounds, 10 assists and five steals to lead the Matadors (8-9, 4-6 Big West), who also got 28 points from TJ Starks. Casdon Jardine had 22 points for Hawaii (8-8, 6-8).
at Long Beach State 74, Cal Poly 69: Michael Carter III scored 15 points, Chance Hunter had 14, and the Beach (5-7, 4-4 Big West) handed the Mustangs (3-15, 1-11) their fifth loss in a row despite a career-high 22 points by Alimamy Koroma.
at UC San Diego 83, UC Riverside 82 (OT): Gabe Hadley’s long three-pointer with 8.3 seconds to play gave the Tritons (5-8) the victory. Hadley had 25 points. The Highlanders (10-6) lost despite shooting 53.8%.
at Cal State Fullerton 67, UC Irvine 64: Freshman Doctor Bradley scored 14 points and the Titans (6-7, 5-7 Big West) rallied from an 11-point deficit in the second half. Collin Welp had 21 points and 12 rebounds for the Anteaters (12-8, 8-4).
Cal Baptist 65, at Grand Canyon 62: Ty Rowell had 19 points and eight assists and made five free throws in the last 10 seconds as the Lancers (11-8, 5-5 Western Athletic) handed the Antelopes (13-4, 7-1) their first conference defeat.
at UC Santa Barbara 63, Cal State Bakersfield 44: Miles Norris scored 27 points and the Gauchos (16-3, 10-2 Big West) easily handled the Roadrunners (4-9, 8-9) despite not scoring for the last 5:58 of the game.
