No. 1 Georgia 41, at Tennessee 17:
Stetson Bennett ran for a touchdown and threw for another as the top-ranked Bulldogs remained perfect, wrapping up their Southeastern Conference schedule by routing the Volunteers. Georgia actually trailed by its largest margin this season after Tennessee scored a touchdown on the opening drive.
at No. 2 Alabama 59, New Mexico State 3: Bryce Young passed for 270 yards and five touchdowns, including three to Jameson Williams, and the Crimson Tide routed the Aggies. Young completed 21 of 23 passes in just over a half and Alabama produced the expected romp after a slow start.
at No. 15 Mississippi 29, No. 11 Texas A&M 19: A.J. Finley returned an interception 52 yards for a touchdown and Matt Corral threw for 247 yards and a touchdown to lead the Rebels to a win over the Aggies. Mississippi held a 15-13 lead in the fourth quarter before Ashanti Cistrunk’s interception set up a 13-yard touchdown run by Snoop Conner.
Mississippi State 43, at No. 17 Auburn 34: Will Rogers threw for 415 yards and six touchdowns to help the Bulldogs beat the Tigers. Auburn scored touchdowns on its first four possessions and led 28-3 midway through the second quarter. But Mississippi State rallied, scoring 40 straight points behind Rogers’ arm.
No. 25 Arkansas 16, at Louisiana State 13 (OT): The Razorbacks’ Cam Little kicked a 37-yard field goal in overtime after Tigers freshman quarterback Garrett Nussmeier was intercepted earlier in the extra period, and Arkansas beat LSU. Nussmeier completed 18 of 31 passes for 179 yards and a touchdown.
at Missouri 31, South Carolina 28: Tyler Badie rushed 34 times for 209 yards and a touchdown and the Tigers held off the Gamecocks’ fourth-quarter charge. Missouri built a 17-point lead when Badie scored on a 19-yard run with 12:31 left in the game.
Kentucky 34, at Vanderbilt 17: Chris Rodriguez Jr. ran for 114 yards and a touchdown, Will Levis threw for two scores and the Wildcats used a fast start to beat the Commodores. Kentucky ended a three-game losing streak and has won the last six games against Vanderbilt.
at Florida 70, Samford 52: Emory Jones accounted for 550 yards and seven touchdowns, delivering a career performance in the Gators’ come-from-behind-victory against the lower-division Bulldogs.
