Allison Janney , who stars in the CBS show “Mom,” has parted with a house in Studio City for $1.585 million.

The single-story, Traditional-style home includes 1,925 square feet of interior space with living and dining rooms, an updated kitchen and a bonus room/office. The master suite has a vaulted wood-beam ceiling and claw-foot tub for a total of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There’s a fireplace in the living room.

Built in 1950, the house sits on more than half an acre of grounds with a solarheated swimming pool and a covered patio. A stone path leads to a tiki bar lounge and deck that take in views of the mountains and mature trees.

Daniel Brown and Matthew Klein of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties were the listing agents. Jessica Felix of Rodeo Realty represented the buyer.
