Noon: Wash­ing­ton de­ci­sion­mak­ing is an­a­lyzed by First Amend­ment scholar Er­win Cher­merin­sky, Hill jour­nal­ist Todd Pur­dum and for­mer Nixon aide John W. Dean at the Ron­ald Tu­tor Cam­pus Cen­ter.
