Can we call SOLA what it is, window-dressing?

The truth is that nothing will change in that sad place called South Los Angeles until the City Council and other leaders address the true problems there: not enough money for education or policing, too many fast-food restaurants and too few places where people can buy healthful food for their children and themselves.
