Bringing down the grandstands

The NFL’s return to Los Angeles is still up in the air, but the same can’t be said for Hollywood Park’s old grandstands. Demolition crews imploded the nearly 75-year-old grandstands at the closed race track, moving forward with a proposal to build an NFL stadium. To see video of the implosion, go to our Sports Now blog.
