The 69th An­nual Tony Awards, hosted by Alan Cum­ming and Kristin Chenoweth, hon­ors the best of Broad­way live tonight on CBS at 8 p.m. ET. Here are five fun facts about the awards show. 1. Bradley Cooper is pumped about his first Tony nom­i­na­tion—for The Ele­phant Man— and is fly­ing back from Lon­don, where he’s per­form­ing the play, to be there. 2. Other first-time nom­i­nees this year in­clude Mad Men’s Elis­a­beth Moss and movie ac­tress Carey Mul­li­gan ( Far From the Madding Crowd) for their roles in The Heidi Chron­i­cles and Sky­light. 3. Youngest win­ner: Frankie Michaels, 11, for his role in Mame( 1966). 4. Mel Brooks’ The Pro­duc­ers (2001) is the most-win­ning show, tri­umph­ing in 12 cat­e­gories in­clud­ing Best Mu­si­cal. 5. Hugh Jack­man has hosted the Tony Awards four times, as has Neil Pa­trick Har­ris. But the host­ess with the most­ess is An­gela Lans­bury, who has taken the reins five times.
