Net neutrality regulations

Newrules of the road for Internet traffic go into effect Friday. They forbid broadband providers from giving preferential treatment to, or discriminating against, any content flowing through their networks. This is the third set of rules from the Federal Communications Commission in the last decade— the first two were overturned by federal appeals courts. Telecoms have sued to throwout the latest revision.
