Escaped killers remain at large

Two convicted murderers remained at large as investigators questioned prison workers and outside contractors to try to find out who may have helped them obtain the power tools they used to break out of a maximum-security institution.

Officers questioned drivers and searched car trunks near the Clinton Correctional Facility in Dannemora, about 20 miles south of Canada, even though authorities said David Sweat and Richard Matt could be long gone. Sweat, 34, and Matt, 48, were discovered missing early Saturday.
