Photos lead to coach’s ar­rest

A high school track and f ield coach has been ar­rested in La­guna Niguel on sus­pi­cion of pos­sess­ing child pornog­ra­phy, author­i­ties said.

Ray­mond W. Henry II, 57, a coach at Trabuco Hills High School, was booked into the Or­ange County Jail on Fri­day, ac­cord­ing to the Sher­iff ’s Depart­ment. He is be­ing held in lieu of $ 20,000 bail.

In­ves­ti­ga­tors said they ar­rested Henry af­ter an iPad con­tain­ing photos of naked girls ages 11 to 13 was found in a car af­ter it was re­turned to a rental agency.

In ad­di­tion to the photos of the naked girls, there were pic­tures of girls en­gaged in track and f ield ac­tiv­i­ties while wear­ing Trabuco Hills High uni­forms, ac­cord­ing to author­i­ties.

Deputies said the iPad was re­ported to the Sher­iff ’s Depart­ment by an in­for­mant at the car rental agency.

Henry is sched­uled to ap­pear in court Tues­day.

The O. C. Child Ex­ploita­tion Task Force and the sher­iff ’ s Spe­cial Vic­tims Unit are in­ves­ti­gat­ing the mat­ter. Any­one with in­for­ma­tion re­lated to the case is asked to call ( 714) 647- 7060.
